In 1988, Jay L. Elowsky and his family opened Pasta Jay’s restaurant in Boulder CO.  Featuring heirloom recipes and delicious sauces that were created by “Mama Genovese” and passed down through generations, Pasta Jay’s quickly became a go-to place for authentic, homestyle Italian dishes.  Today, we are slow-simmering these sauces in small batches, using only the finest ingredients like vine-ripened tomatoes, roasted garlic and imported spices.  Now you can enjoy our family tradition of cooking and sharing gourmet Italian meals in your own home!
